Single-player prototype: the Phase 1 core loop plus the Phase 2 company metagame (found a company, contracts, terminals, valuation & dividends). NPC drivers, a stock market/leaderboard, multiplayer and "follow a teammate's route" remain deferred. Late-penalty cliff and the ticket/crash/fatigue knobs are deliberately exposed for live tuning.
