Single-player prototype: the Phase 1 core loop plus the Phase 2 company metagame — found your own company OR drive for an NPC company (membership), contracts, terminals, valuation & dividends. A player stock market/leaderboard and real multiplayer remain deferred. Late-penalty cliff and the ticket/crash/fatigue knobs are deliberately exposed for live tuning.
